Tambark Creek Elementary is a new 78,775 ft2 school that serves the southern portion of the Everett School District. It is a structural steel, two-story building with a two classroom wings connected by a common gym, stage, cafeteria, and library. The school was finished in the fall of 2019 and was designed to accommodate 550 students.
In addition to the building the project also included new parking lots, covered play area and play fields.
