Todd has been a Tiger Construction team member for nearly 20 years. He has an associate degree in Visual Communications from The Art Institute of Seattle and earned a degree in Journeyman Carpentry from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) Apprenticeship Program and Bellingham Technical College.
Todd’s unique skillset allows him to serve multiple roles for Tiger Construction, including Carpenter, Superintendent and Foreman. He’s had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout his two decades with the company and has extensive experience facilitating and managing a jobsite.
When Todd isn’t working, he enjoys photography, painting and hiking.

Derek Isenhart

Derek Isenhart
Vice President
Derek came to work at Tiger Construction as a project manager in 2008 after previous employment at Parametrix, Colorado State University and Denver Water. He became a second-generation owner of the company in 2015 and currently serves as the Vice President.
Derek is a professional engineer licensed to practice in Washington and Colorado. Derek earned a BCSE from the University of Washington and an MSCE from Colorado State University.
In his free time, Derek enjoys doing anything with his wife in the mountains or out on the water.

Scott Isenhart

President
Scott Isenhart joined Tiger Construction in 2004 and became a second-generation owner in 2015. Since joining the ownership group, Scott has helped evolve the company’s core values, vision and strategy, which included acquiring Pearson Construction in 2020. Scott now serves as President of both Tiger Construction and Pearson Builders.
Prior to serving as President, Scott served as a Project Manager for 11 years. His deep-rooted understanding of the industry and long history of project management makes him an exceptional leader for the organization. Scott attended University of Washington, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Today, he serves as an Executive Committee Member and State Director for Building Industry Association of Whatcom County.
When he’s not casting vision and strategy for the future of Tiger and Pearson, you’ll find Scott enjoying everything Western Washington has to offer, including skiing at Mount Baker and boating the Puget Sound with his two daughters.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jeninne is deeply involved in the community. She’s an avid coach and leader in local sports programs, shaping the next generation both on and off the field. Known for her energetic approach to networking and community engagement, Jeninne thrives on building relationships that make a lasting impact.

Brady Jonas

Brady first started with Tiger Construction working as a laborer during summer breaks while in college. He graduated from Washington State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and worked for Tiger Construction as a Project Engineer and Estimator the following Summer.
Between Fall 2007 and 2010, Brady gained experience working for General Construction Company (a division of Peter Kiewit and Sons). In 2011 Brady decided to try something new and enrolled at Lake Washington Institute of Technology where he received an Associate’s Degree in Welding and Metal Fabrication. He worked as Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector until 2014.
During the summer of 2014, Brady returned to Whatcom County and to Tiger Construction. His primary job responsibilities include Estimating and Project Management of Commercial and Public Works construction projects.

Derek LoPresti

Civil Estimating Manager
Derek LoPresti has been an integral part of the Tiger Construction team since 2015. Prior to joining Tiger, Derek spent nearly a decade at a national heavy civil company serving as an Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, Quality Manager, Project Engineer, Cost Engineer and Field Engineer.
Derek holds several certifications, trainings and skills, including a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Michigan and an Excellence in Safety Leadership certification. Additionally, he has specific training and skills in Primavera Scheduling software, MS Project Scheduling Software and Trimble Business Center (a 3D modeling software).
Today, Derek serves as a Civil Estimating Manager who is responsible for overseeing all civil and site work estimates.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys skiing, hiking, playing guitar and spending time with family.

Kara Mitchell

Kara Mitchell
Bookkeeper
Kara has been a Tiger Construction team member since 2011. She has an Accounting and Office Management degree from Bellingham Technical College and serves as the company’s bookkeeper.
Kara is responsible for managing the Tiger financials, overseeing the daily accounting activities including accounts payable and receivables, tax reports, payroll, budgets and financial statements.
When she’s not crunching numbers, Kara enjoys vacationing with her family and kayaking.
Bob Milam

Superintendent
Robert became a Tiger Construction employee in 1998 and serves as a Superintendent today. Given his decades of experience, Robert is well positioned to oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction job. He is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing onsite direction to employees and other workers on the site.
From 1985 to 1990, Robert served in the United States Army. He graduated from Edmonds Community College and is currently a member of the Air and Waste Management Association and Veterans Association of America.
He is an avid fisherman, hiker and biker.

Brent Peterson has been a Tiger Construction team member for more than 18 years. He originally started as a Journeyman Carpenter and now serves the role of Superintendent.
Most of Brent’s project experience has been elementary, middle, high school and post-secondary institutions in Western Washington. He is NCCCO certified to operate telescopic boom cranes with swing cabs and in 2016, he was chosen to attend Leadership Training at the Carpenter’s International Training Center in Las Vegas, NV. He has been a member of the Carpenter’s Union for 20 years.
As Superintendent, Brent oversees all field operations and Tiger Construction carpentry team members. Ultimately, he is responsible and held accountable for work performed in the field, including leading jobsite safety, field operations and any subcontractors and suppliers.
Outside of work, Brent can be found traveling, mountain biking and enjoying a motorcycle ride.

Thomas became a Tiger Construction team member in 2015 bringing several years of experience in the construction industry, specifically as a civil construction foreman and sheet metal installer. At Tiger, he serves as a Civil Superintendent, where he manages the company’s civil projects, producing work schedules for employees, monitoring attendance of the crew and ensuring that all safety protocol is always being followed on site.
Thomas is a Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Certified. Outside of work, he enjoys racing motocross.

Val recently joined Tiger Construction in 2021 as the company’s Contract Administrator. She brings a deep level of understanding and expertise in customer service and care, as she has held positions in customer service for the past 25 years, including 5 years in the construction industry. Val is responsible for the daily management of all Tiger Construction contracts and processing to ensure all relevant parties are communicated to properly.
Val is currently volunteers with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Department, specifically with Project Santa – a program that provides gifts to local school children. When she’s not working or volunteering, Val can be found spending time with friends and family, traveling and attending concerts.
