Nooksack Valley High School is a 148,984 ft2, facility. This project included 27,000 ft2 of new construction, and 30,049 ft2 of renovation. New construction included a 1,316 ft2 greenhouse; 8,363 ft2 Fitness Center, 9,963 ft2 of Administration. Renovations included 4,405 ft2 renovation of the Alumni Hall; 2,500 ft2 renovation of the Art Room; 7,200 ft2 renovation and modernization of the CTE and Ag. shop.
Site work included renovations of the guest parking and bus drop-off area at the southwest corner of the site, and a new staff parking area at the northeast corner of the site.
